Jean Boulton set up Claremont in 1994. She originally studied physics, metamorphosed into a consultant via a part-time MBA and was Practice Director for Organisation Change for Hay Management Consultants from 1992-4.
Prior to that she had a senior management role in British Aerospace as Head of Engineering Operations for BAE Commercial Aircraft – as much as a shock to them as to her! She has also trained in psychotherapy, undertakes a wide range of voluntary work, is on the board of two charities and one commercial organisation and is 'keen on green'.
Jean is a Visiting Fellow with Cranfield School of Management and also teaches on Bath's MSc programme on Responsible Business Practice.
Keri Phillips has now published four books on coaching; he has an MA in coaching and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants; previously he was Assistant Director of Management Studies at Roffey Park.
Phil Lowe trained as an actor and provides a creative flair to our work. Formerly with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he is a faculty member of Henley Management College, of Management Centre Europe and is an Honorary Teaching Fellow with Birkbeck. See his website ideaswillhappen.co.uk.
Martin Letherbarrow is one of our HR experts and leads on our 360 processes and other initiatives with an HR base.
Then there is Karen Davies, Lynn Hurley, Jim Watts and several others who we call on from time to time depending on the nature of the work.
