Jean Boulton set up Claremont in 1994. She originally studied physics at Oxford and Cambridge, metamorphosed into a consultant via a part-time MBA and was Practice Director for Organisation Change for Hay Management Consultants from 1992-4.
Prior to that she had a senior management role in British Aerospace as Head of Engineering Operations for BAE Commercial Aircraft – as much as a shock to them as to her! She has also trained in psychotherapy, undertakes a wide range of voluntary work; she is Chair of Social Action for Health ( www.safh.org.uk ) and Chair of Sustain Ltd ( www.sustain.co.uk ).
Jean is a Visiting Fellow with Cranfield School of Management and at Bristol Business School. She teaches on Bath's MSc programme on Responsible Business Practice. She writes and lectures regularly on topics associated with complexity, change and strategy and these ideas underpin her consultancy work.
Keri Phillips has now published five books on coaching; he has an MA in coaching and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants; previously he was Assistant Director of Management Studies at Roffey Park.
